Then become part of our dedicated team and examine food for hygiene indicators and pathogenic germs. With your expertise, you ensure safe food and reliable results. Your tasks • You examine food using microbiological, molecular biological, and biochemical methods. You are responsible for the entire analytical process and its organization. • Furthermore, you support the maintenance and qualification of laboratory equipment and take on tasks in quality assurance. • You actively participate in the development and validation of new methods. • Supporting your department head in other tasks rounds off this exciting function.
