We provide freedom, trust each other and treat each other with appreciation Senior Project Manager Energy Infrastructure (all) Your tasks Leadership of technically oriented market projects in the field of Power Solutions and in cooperation with other AEW internal business segments and external partners - from the concept phase to implementation, commissioning and handover Responsibility for the technical overall architecture and integrity of integrated energy solutions, especially in projects with PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure, load management, building integration and network interfaces Leadership and coordination of internal as well as external specialist project managers, planners, suppliers and implementation partners across multiple trades Control of technical interfaces, goal conflicts, variant decisions and dependencies between customer requirements, economy, standards, operation, network connection and feasibility Review of technical concepts, tenders, offers, planning documents and implementation solutions for quality, feasibility, conformity with standards and operational compatibility Support of sales and project development in early project phases, introduction of technical solution variants and contribution to reliable decision-making bases Assumption of technical leadership in cross-sectional projects of medium complexity and ensure scope, deadlines, costs, quality and technical risks in your area of responsibility Close collaboration with internal service providers such as business segments Network, Production, Mobility and Building as well as external partners Documentation of technical decisions, requirements, risks, interfaces and project progress in a traceable and tidy manner and ensure a clean handover to operation and use Active participation in the development of professional technical leadership role understanding and development of standards, methods and best practices for technical integration projects Your profile Completed technical training or studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, building technology, industrial engineering, renewable energies or a comparable field of study Several years of experience in planning, designing or implementing energy infrastructure projects, ideally with reference to PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure, load management, building technology or network connections In-depth technical understanding of integrated energy solutions as well as enjoyment of connecting technology, economy, customer requirements and implementation Experience in technical leadership of project teams, specialist planners, entrepreneurs or external implementation partners Confident handling of technical concepts, variant comparisons, tenders, cost/time planning, risk assessments and project documentation Outstanding ability to identify, structure and effectively lead interfaces between different trades, organizational units and external partners High degree of personal responsibility, decision-making ability and implementation strength Communicative, binding and solution-oriented personality with confident appearance towards internal stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers Project management basics are available; in-depth PM training is an advantage, Our offer Work-Life-Balance Various flexible annual working time models, home office option as well as modern office spaces in a central location.
