• 18 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Winterthur The cybersecurity project manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of cybersecurity-related initiatives for WinGD digital products, with a strong focus on WiCE and WiDE. The role ensures timely certification, compliant product versions, and efficient support to licensees, while aligning internal stakeholders, external classification societies, and customers. • Develop and maintain project execution plans for cybersecurity initiatives, including schedules, deliverables, and dependencies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity requirements for WiCE and WiDE. • Plan and coordinate cybersecurity certification activities with classification societies • Stakeholder and interface management: act as the primary interface between: • Internal teams (product management, engineering, automation & control, solutions engineering) • External stakeholders (classification societies, customers, licensees) • Coordination of licensee and technical support • Risk management and compliance: identify cybersecurity risks in projects and define mitigation measures. • Ensure compliance with WinGD governance, processes, and quality standards. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity project delivery processes
