Project Manager Sanitary

Responsibility for sanitary projects from planning to execution, including specialist site management and coordination of the planning team.

Tasks

• Planning, tendering, and execution planning of sanitary systems
• Preparation of diagrams and tenders as well as creation of calculations
• Specialist site management and supervision of projects during execution
• Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
• Collaboration with clients, general contractors, architects, and specialist planners
• Leading project meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines across all project phases

Profile

• Training as a Technician HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
• Experience in the planning and realization of sanitary projects
• Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as CAD (Nova)
• Ideally experience with BIM
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills
