Mission

Within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you accompany patients in the development of their skills and their fulfillment through sewing and textile creation activities. You develop and realize creative, innovative and trendy projects, adapted to the capacities and interests of the people accompanied. Autonomous and project-oriented, you like to experiment, explore trends and mix concepts, in a framework offering great freedom of action and initiative. The creation, production and sale of the manufactured objects, notably through social networks, are also an integral part of your mandate.

Your profile

• You hold an MSP or ASP diploma, or are motivated to train in this field.
• You have solid know-how in sewing and textile creation and like to transmit your passion.
• Mastery of social networks.
• You are an autonomous, creative, dynamic and adaptable person.
• You know how to adjust your support to the capacities and needs of the workers.
• You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate listening skills, flexibility and empathy.
• Experience in accompanying vulnerable publics, particularly in a psychiatric context, is an asset.
• You are sensitive to the values of inclusion, integration and enhancement through activity.
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and commitment to quality care.
