IT System Technician (m/f)

Your area of responsibility – varied

• Support for system administrators (external) and end users (internal and external)
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, servers, networks and firewalls
• Solving hardware and software problems, troubleshooting
• Monitoring and operation of the network environment, ensuring trouble-free operation
• Implementation and management of IT security measures
• Management of our ticketing system (during usual working hours)
• Cooperation with other team members to improve the IT infrastructure

Your profile – good IT skills, constructive, personable

• System technician EFZ (or equivalent) with some years of experience
• Good knowledge in the described area of responsibility
• Motivated, responsible, appreciates contact with people
• Exact, structured and efficient way of working, service-oriented mindset
• Able to work in a team, reliable, with a hands-on mentality
• Native German, good knowledge of English
