The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement homes as well as through Spitex.

For our residential group at the Rosental Retirement Home, which provides a secure home for 108 residents, we are looking for an open-minded and committed individual immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until 31 December 2026.

Your Tasks ##

• Progressive care and support of our residents within the key worker system
• Managing orders, answering telephone calls, organising appointments, handling correspondence for the residential group
• Working as a relief worker across all shifts

Your Profile ##

• Health Specialist with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) or equivalent SRK recognition
• Experience in geriatrics or gerontopsychiatry is an advantage
• Independent, committed, resilient and responsible
• Good PC user skills
• Good oral and written German skills
