For our customer, we are looking for a

Team Leader Switchgear and Control Construction (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You lead and develop a team of 9 employees and, as a vocational trainer, take responsibility for the training of our apprentices (automation technicians and automation assemblers)
• You ensure the timely and qualitatively flawless provision of customer-specific control cabinets and system components
• You consistently analyze and optimize work processes and material flows according to Lean principles (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S/6S)
• You work closely and in a solution-oriented manner with logistics, AVOR, quality management, and R&D
• You exemplify high occupational safety and quality standards and anchor these sustainably in the team

Your experience:

• Technical basic training (automation technician, automation assembler) with further advanced training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems technology, or process technician)
• Several years of practical experience in production (electro-pneumatic / mechanical) as well as sound leadership experience
• Proven experience in apprentice supervision
• Proven knowledge in Lean Management, Kaizen, and KVP
• Dynamic, cooperative leadership style, high initiative, team spirit, and a strong sense of safety awareness
• Proficient use of MS Office, very good German skills (English is an advantage)
