With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Micromechanics, or General Engineering, you have at least 8 years of proven experience in high-level cross-functional projects (factory transfer, starting a new workshop, industrial activity restructuring). You are accustomed to the change management of production units (support, planning, costs, training, consulting, implementation, etc.), in a demanding environment in the aeronautics, automotive, machinery, etc. field/sector. You have excellent knowledge in project & programs management, ideally with a certification such as PMP (PMI), Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or Hermès, as well as perfect mastery of project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Monday, etc. and SAP.
