Wangen an der Aare | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Assume overall responsibility for the military kitchen and guarantee year-round operation • Be responsible for the subsistence of a troop of up to 3000 soldiers and, with the team, be able to prepare meals and specialties in advance for particular dietary habits, which will then be finalized in troop kitchens and/or satellite kitchens • Assume responsibility for the application of legal directives and technical regulations • Coordinate the instruction of all military kitchen personnel • As a trainer, be responsible for the training of apprentice cooks • Ensure the replacement of the Production manager (Purchasing and finance area) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Federal diploma as a chef or similar higher education, with experience related to the function (chef or operations manager) • Several years of professional experience (mainly in collective catering) • Experience in training apprentices and adults • Ideally, military instruction (as an officer) • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language • Category B driving license <br /> In a few words Are you interested in a challenge in a new and ultra-modern professional kitchen, especially with regular hours?
