For our client, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Supporter 2 who works as an Onsite Supporter and additionally takes on the deputy role in the area of logistics.

The position is also suitable for committed career changers with a technical background, for example from the fields of electrical or electronics.

Your tasks

• Onsite support and assistance to customers on-site
• Repairs and replacement of hardware components
• Participation in the on-call organization
• Customer contact and assistance with technical concerns
• Assignments at various locations throughout Switzerland
• Deputy role and support in the area of logistics
• Collaboration in logistical tasks and processes
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies

Your profile

• Basic knowledge and interest in the field of IT
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland by car
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
• Openness and willingness to learn new things
• French or Italian language skills are an advantage
• Experience in the area of logistics is an advantage
• Career changers from technical professions such as electricians, electronics technicians or similar fields are welcome
