Project Manager (m/w/d)

Planning, organization, control, and monitoring of projects – from initiation to successful completion; Creation and maintenance of project plans as well as definition of milestones; Central interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners as well as cross-departmental coordination; Continuous and close communication with customers, including operational support and consulting; Planning and execution of acceptances, ensuring smooth processes and sustainable customer satisfaction; Proactive monitoring of customer systems as well as identification of optimization and improvement potential; Conducting status meetings, risk and opportunity assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards; Documentation of project results and "Lessons Learned". Whether at the customer's site or in the office: You are in direct exchange and reliably control projects Completed technical or economic training (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification; Several years of experience in project management; Certification in a common project management method (e.g. PMI, IPMA, Scrum) is an advantage; Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working with high initiative and willingness to learn; Distinct organizational and communicative skills as well as professional and serious appearance; Ability to convey complex topics in a comprehensible manner; Enjoyment of teamwork and knowledge sharing; Very good German and English language skills in word and writing - English-language meetings are no challenge for you; Driver's license class B and willingness to travel.
