In the department of medical offices, the secretariats of cardiology, acute geriatrics, nephrology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pneumology, and oncology/hematology are united. Your tasks ### • Ensuring a smooth operation of the cardiology office • Scheduling appointments for office hours, treatments, and diagnostic appointments • Performing specific diagnostic tasks in the field of deployment with patient care and assistance during examinations • Performing venous and capillary blood sampling, infusions, and injections • Writing from dictation, drafting various correspondence from the cardiology department, and, if necessary, taking minutes • Targeted support in process optimization • Careful maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and being the telephone contact person for patients, as well as internal and external partners Your profile ### • Completed vocational training as MPA, FaGe, or Dipl.
