About the position As a Communication Specialist, you play a key role in developing and enhancing the image of the Cressier Manufacturing Hub. You actively contribute to strengthening its image, increasing its visibility and promoting employee engagement across the site. You ensure that clear, consistent and tailored messages are conveyed to each stakeholder: media, authorities, neighbors, visitors and employees. Through your expertise, you create lasting trust relationships and enhance the site's initiatives. Positioned at the heart of the organization, you also ensure a strategic interface role between the Cressier site management team and the corporation. You thus guarantee the alignment and consistency of communication actions, while taking into account local specificities. Responsibilities Ensure the communication contact point role for the Cressier site, in connection with the group's communication team. Define and deploy the site's communication strategy, strengthening visibility, impact and consistency of messages. Be the privileged interlocutor of regional authorities and media. Organize site visits for external stakeholders, ensuring interactive and engaging experiences. Guarantee the consistency of visual identity and update supports (website, photos, videos). Advise management on messages, positioning and communication approaches. Participate in crisis communication management in coordination with the management team and the corporation. Adapt and relay corporate messages. Strengthen engagement and understanding of site issues in collaboration with teams (HR, HSSE, operations). Develop and pilot internal communication channels (screens, intranet, local content). Manage local sponsorship activities in line with the company's strategy. Contribute to transverse projects (e.g. evolution of visual identity, site's major events). Qualifications Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in communication, journalism or public relations. At least 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an industrial environment. Excellent command of French and English; German is an asset. Mastery of digital tools, including media and graphic design software, as well as excellent ease with common office tools. Good understanding or strong interest in the industrial sector and its challenges. Knowledge of public affairs, at the regional (NE) and national level, with a good understanding of stakeholders.
