To strengthen our team in Zuzwil SG, we are looking for an independent, committed, and entrepreneurial personality as Head of Recycling Center (m/f/d) 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility
Overall responsibility for the operation of the recycling center with 5 employees
Ensuring the correct acceptance, storage, and processing of private, commercial, and special waste in compliance with safety regulations as well as legal and internal requirements

Leadership, promotion, and further development of the employees as well as planning of efficient personnel deployment

Administrative and organizational work including billing of the recycling center's services
Continuous further development and optimization of operational processes as well as existing and new recovery and disposal solutions
Active participation in daily business

Planning and monitoring of maintenance and service work
Coordination and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as authorities

Your profile
Completed training as a recycler or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the recycling or disposal sector as well as leadership experience
Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and a responsible and customer-oriented personality
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in the further development of employees and processes
Motivation for active participation in the recycling operation as well as willingness to work regular Saturdays
Experience in handling sorting excavators and tire loaders as well as a valid forklift license (at least R1)
Very good German and MS-Office skills
