Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the entire Front Office area
• Coordination of all reservations for individual and group guests
• Responsibility for smooth deployment planning as well as recruitment, induction, and further development of the team
• Ensuring professional and warm guest care including correspondence and complaint management
• Administration and control of reservation systems as well as active management of occupancy and room disposition
• Implementation and control of internal standards and processes at the Front Office
• Responsibility for invoice creation, control, as well as daily and monthly closings

Profile
