Luxury Packaging Sales Manager (M/F/D)

For our client, an industrial company active in the development and production of high-end packaging intended for watchmaking and jewelry, we are looking for a Luxury Packaging Sales Manager. In this strategic role, you contribute to business development in international markets and accompany clients throughout their premium packaging projects. You will operate in an international environment combining excellence, innovation, and industrial know-how.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain a client portfolio in the watchmaking and jewelry sectors in Switzerland and internationally
• Present high-end packaging solutions to existing clients and new partners
• Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations, and ensure project follow-up until the order
• Coordinate exchanges between clients and production sites regarding specifications, samples, prototypes, deadlines, and quality requirements
• Ensure follow-up of ongoing orders and guarantee transparent communication with clients
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in Switzerland and abroad

Profile

• Several years of experience in the sale of luxury packaging intended for watchmaking or jewelry
• Established network with purchasing, packaging, or product development departments of brands in the sector
• Solid knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements related to high-end cases and boxes
• Experience collaborating with international industrial suppliers and partners, notably in Asia
• Excellent command of French and English; German and/or Italian are an asset
• Strong customer orientation, autonomy, negotiation skills, and availability for regular international travel
