Manufacturing Operator M/F Job description: Perform the pre-assembly of watch components intended for high complication movements Carry out finishing operations with precision and meticulousness according to plans and operating ranges Ensure the visual and dimensional control of parts in production Guarantee strict compliance with quality, cleanliness and traceability standards Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Job requirements: Confirmed experience in watchmaking, microtechnology or precision industry Mastery of pre-assembly and/or fine assembly operations Excellent dexterity, sense of detail and great rigor Ability to work under a loupe or binocular Good understanding of the quality requirements of a watch manufacture Team spirit and reliability in the execution of tasks jpid6001d2bjm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
