Integrated Service Readiness & FRACAS Engineer

You will assume technical responsibility for maintenance planning, life cycle costs, and the FRACAS process in the locomotive sector.

Tasks

• Estimating ISR effort for tenders and projects
• Creating ISR plans as well as spare parts and tool lists
• Cooperation with purchasing and suppliers for cost determination
• Coordination of LSA activities to meet QCD requirements
• Conducting ISR design reviews before gate reviews
• Creating LCC calculations and monitoring availability
• Participation in FMEA and FMECA analyses as well as in the FRACAS team

Profile

• Completed studies as an electrical or mechanical engineer (Uni/FH)
• At least five years of experience in field service, warranty, and maintenance of locomotives
• At least three years of experience in RAM/LCC engineering
• Knowledge of maintenance standards and regulations (e.g., EN 17023, ECM)
• Knowledge of the FRACAS process during the warranty period
• German and English at level C1 or C2
• MS Office as well as knowledge of FMEA/FMECA/FTA tools
