Mimotec SA - Production Operator, 100%, M/F/D

For one of our clients in the watchmaking industry based in central Valais, we are currently looking for production operators, specialized in quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and dimensional control of watchmaking or mechanical components
• Identify visual and technical defects according to defined quality criteria
• Use control tools (binocular, micrometer, comparator, etc.)
• Guarantee compliance with current quality standards and tolerances
• Complete tracking and traceability documents
• Isolate and report non-conformities
• Collaborate closely with production and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Profile

• Proven experience in watchmaking, ideally in quality control
• Very good visual acuity and excellent dexterity
• Habit of working under a binocular or loupe
• Rigorous, precise, and methodical mindset
• Developed sense of detail and quality
• Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team
• Good understanding of watchmaking aesthetic criteria
• Training in watchmaking or a technical field: an asset
