In order to further strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as a PROCESS ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER (M/F; 80-100 %) Your missions: Planning and management of projects in the field of process engineering and agri-food, including the definition of objectives and the management of deadlines, resources, and budget Global responsibility over all project phases: engineering, procurement, assembly, and commissioning Main interlocutor for clients, authorities, suppliers, and specialized designers Technical and organizational coordination of the services concerned, as well as interface management Direction and motivation of the project team, as well as clear distribution of tasks and responsibilities Identification, evaluation, and implementation of technical solutions Selection of suppliers, comparison of offers, negotiation of contracts, and coordination with the technical purchasing department Planning and supervision of assembly, as well as site coordination Writing of progress reports, management of project documentation, and monitoring of key indicators Reception, handover to the client, ex-post cost calculation, and "lessons learned" Your profile A degree in the field of mechanical engineering, plant construction, process engineering, or an equivalent technical training completed by appropriate continuing education (EPF, HES engineering degree or equivalent technical training in mechanical engineering) Several years of professional experience in the design of process engineering installations as well as in technical project management A solid experience in the sizing, specification, and selection of plant equipment such as heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, valves, and instrumentation Very good knowledge of fluid mechanics and/or thermodynamics A mastery of project management methods as well as experience in the control of costs, deadlines, and resources Experience in management as well as solid communication and organizational skills Excellent command of German; good knowledge of French and English is an asset.
