• Planning, realizing and managing new buildings, conversion projects as well as renovations - Checking the advantages and disadvantages of various construction methods - Obtaining the necessary permits - You are the contact person and thus take on a hub function for architects, specialist planners, clients, authorities and craftsmen - Creation of work contracts and carrying out the accounting
