Our Team & Collaboration

We are a small, well-coordinated and young team of three therapists, in which personal togetherness has a high priority. We eat lunch together every day and maintain a small but beautiful team tradition with our traditional Thursday lunch.

Mutual support and uncomplicated, collegial cooperation are particularly important to us. We want people to feel comfortable with us not only professionally but also personally.

Professional Focus & Development

Our professional focuses are in musculoskeletal, sports, and lymphological therapy.
Regular professional exchange is important to us. We discuss case examples together and benefit from the exchange within the OMNIA network. In addition, there are regular internal training sessions, so that personal and professional development is not neglected.

What makes our location special

Our practice is located in the Hard industrial area in Siggenthal Station, well located between Würenlingen, Brugg, and Obersiggenthal.
The Vita Parcours is directly nearby and is perfect for an active lunch break or a short walk in between.
You are also well on your way with public transport: From the stop, it is approximately 10 minutes on foot to the practice.
And if you come by car, you can look forward to it: There are many free parking spaces directly in front of the building for employees and patients.

Premises & Equipment

Our practice is located in the Fit4Life Siggenthal building.
We have three bright treatment rooms, a spacious waiting area and above all: a really large training area.
Because as an MTT area, the entire area of the fitness studio is available to us. This allows us to optimally combine active therapy, strength training, and functional training.
For pelvic floor therapy, we use the Pelvipower pelvic floor chair together with the fitness area.

And as an additional plus point, our therapists may train at Fit4Life free of charge.

60 minutes for initial assessments, at least 30 minutes per treatment, whether in the practice or during a home visit, and 30 minutes of paid administration time per working day. As a Flying Physio, you work in clearly structured hourly blocks with enough time for treatment, administration, and travel.

Our scientific staff support you professionally, and you implement standardized assessments easily via online tools.

• Support in everyday life.

Own laptop for your administration and a central secretariat that handles calls, emails, and appointments and supports you. Mistakes are allowed to happen; we find solutions together. 5 weeks of vacation, fair remuneration, and flexible working hours that you help shape are standard with us.

• Your working model, your choice.

More vacation (up to 14 weeks), an additional contribution to your pension fund, or a classic employment model? You decide. You also help shape your salary development: Once a year, you reflect on your performance in an objective salary evaluation, and we discuss your next steps together.

• You are also on the road as a Flying Physio.

For your home visits, you are top-equipped: A packed company car and a mobile phone await you; you can also use the car privately throughout Switzerland.

• We move you forward.

At a 100% workload, up to 5 continuing education days per year and CHF 1,000 training contribution. A change of location within Switzerland or a management function later? We are happy to support you with that.

Your tasks:

• You treat patients in the practice and at their homes.
• You work interdisciplinary with doctors, nursing staff, and relatives.
• You actively help shape the "Flying Physios" offer.

Your profile:

• Completed training in physiotherapy; in the case of a foreign diploma, we will accompany you through the SRK recognition.
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt optimally to the local conditions.
• Team spirit, high social competence, and reliability.
• Desire for a career entry, a re-entry, or a new professional challenge.
• Interest in musculoskeletal, sports, or lymphological therapy is an advantage.
