Since 2003, Regen Lab SA has been dedicated to the production of medical devices dedicated to the preparation of autologous blood derivatives (PRP) for non-hematological therapeutic uses.

To complete our Maintenance department, we are looking for an autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented person, who appreciates both troubleshooting as much as the fundamental work necessary to maintain our equipment in perfect working order.

Your mission ###

Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment at our Le Mont-sur-Lausanne site.

You intervene in both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. You carry out planned operations, diagnose malfunctions, and implement the necessary actions to ensure the return to service and the reliability of the installations.

Your responsibilities ###

• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
• Autonomously diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment and utilities.
• Intervene on electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation problems.
• Identify signs of wear and anticipate failures.
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose reliability actions.
• Ensure the documentation and traceability of interventions, in accordance with the quality requirements of our medical device environment.
• Coordinate interventions of suppliers or external specialists when necessary.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and improvement of equipment.
• Collaborate with production and other services in order to resolve technical problems and improve installations.

Your profile ###

Above all, we are looking for an autonomous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented field technician.

• Technical training of CFC, ES or equivalent type.
• Experience in a technical environment and good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge in electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics and/or automation.
• Analytical mind, autonomy, and ability to take initiative.
• Rigor in the follow-up and documentation of interventions.
• Reactivity, sense of responsibility, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.
