Your tasks

• Support of the kitchen team in the preparation of food
• Washing, cutting and preparing ingredients
• Plating simple dishes and side dishes
• Cleaning of kitchen utensils, equipment and work surfaces
• Washing up and cleaning work in the kitchen
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entire kitchen area
• Professional storage of food and support with goods receipt
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP guidelines

Your profile

• Experience in the kitchen or gastronomy is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of practical work and working in a team
• Reliable, clean and independent way of working
• Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
• Good physical condition and commitment
• Good German skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
