Your tasks:

• Telephone and multilingual advice for customers
• Receipt and processing of various inquiries via telephone
• Execution of mutations such as address changes or adjustments of data
• Ensuring high service quality and professional communication

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training, maturity, or comparable training
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of Italian and French
• Joy in telephone customer contact as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
• Communicative, open and reliable personality
• High motivation and willingness to be fully available in the period from 4. January to 30. April 2027
