The position: As an institutional cook, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and smooth running of food services.

Expected missions of the position:

• Preparation of the mise en place
• Prepare and develop meals in compliance with recipes, quality standards, and production deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
• Setting up the buffet
• Receipt and sorting of goods

Profile sought:

Required experience: We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-end environment.

• Autonomy
• Good stress management
• Must have a vehicle
• Mastery of cooking techniques.
• Great professional rigor.
