To strengthen our signage team, we are looking for an engaged personality as: Project Manager Signage, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your task You manage signage and lettering projects from planning to successful implementation. You are responsible for the preparation of production data and, for this purpose, you have mastered Adobe Illustrator and InDesign inside out. You advise customers competently and support the development of signage concepts. You coordinate projects with customers, architects, planners, suppliers, and internal specialist departments. You plan and coordinate production as well as installation and ensure a smooth project process. You monitor costs, deadlines, and quality and ensure the successful implementation of your projects. You are the central contact person for all project participants. You recognize potential for optimization and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of processes and projects. Your profile You have completed training as a GestalterIn Werbetechnik (mandatory criterion), ideally with further training in project management. You have very good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (mandatory criterion) and user knowledge of the MS-Office suite. You bring experience in signage, lettering, or advertising technology as well as in project management. You work independently, structured, and customer-oriented and maintain an overview even with multiple projects. You have a good sense for design, typography, and layout as well as strong organizational talent. You communicate professionally, enjoy working in a team, and convince with a sense of responsibility and quality standards.
