As part of the replacement of an absent employee, we are looking for a Dressing Controller 100% M/F/X for a long-term temporary mission. Your mission Within the Quality department, you are responsible for product conformity according to internal and customer requirements. In this capacity, you intervene at different stages of the production process. Your main responsibilities • Perform aesthetic and visual inspections of parts (incoming, in-process, and final) • Perform inspection (visitage) • Ensure the traceability of inspections and complete the quality documentation • Identify non-conformities and participate in their analysis • Assist production closely to guarantee quality standards • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes Your profile • Technical training in mechanics, microtechnics, or quality • First experience in quality control, ideally in watchmaking dressing or in a microtechnical environment • Comfortable with reading technical drawings • Rigor, precision, and attention to detail • Team spirit and ability to communicate in a constructive manner • Comfortable using a binocular microscope What we offer • A mission within a technological and demanding environment • Integration into a committed and collaborative team • Rewarding experience in a cutting-edge sector • Training possibilities Ready for this new challenge?
