CFC Polymécanicien or equivalent training.
Proven experience in a mechanical production environment.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNC machining.
Mastery of setups, programming, and machining optimization.
Experience in team management or real potential for hands-on management.
Versatile profile, capable of switching from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines.

Organize, plan, and manage the daily activity of the workshop, ensuring follow-up of the production plan, priorities, and deadlines.
Supervise, support, and develop the skills of a production team, promoting versatility and continuity of activities.
Provide direct technical support on the ground: setups, adjustments, programming, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of machining issues.
Supervise and coordinate the mechanical manufacturing of microtechnical and precision components, particularly on CNC equipment.
Program and optimize machining according to production needs and technical requirements.
