You will process diverse agricultural construction projects – especially stable, farm, and functional buildings – from the first project idea to the execution planning. Your activities: Modeling demanding agricultural construction projects in the 3D model – from design to execution Developing design, building application, execution, and detail plans Creating precise plans, lists, and evaluations from the 3D model as a basis for production and construction execution Independent coordination of planning tasks and coordination with project development, clients, as well as internal and external specialists Implementing project ideas, operational requirements, and customer wishes Applying our planning, BIM, and CAD standards as well as ensuring a clean model and document structure Identifying and clarifying interfaces and planning risks Contributing own ideas and constructive suggestions for improvement Your profile: Technical qualifications: Completed vocational training as Zeichner/-in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur Experience in precise and efficient 3D modeling Confident handling of the output of plans, lists, and evaluations from the 3D model In-depth knowledge of a common CAD or BIM program Understanding of design, building application, and execution planning Very good German skills (at least C1, spoken and written) Additional qualifications (advantageous): Knowledge of ArchiCAD Experience in independent planning coordination Knowledge of essential planning and construction processes Experience with agricultural, stable, or functional buildings Personal competencies: A structured, careful, and quality-conscious way of working Solution-oriented, economic, and independent thinking Good communication and coordination skills Enjoyment in working with different project participants Interest in a long-term cooperation with the Strüby Unternehmungen What we offer: A strong team: A well-coordinated, motivated team in the field of agriculture that supports each other.
