Housekeeping employee Seasonal position 100% / 1. July – 31. October 2026 General expectations for the job – Proactive work with open eyes for always perfectly clean and well-maintained rooms – Order and cleanliness at the workplace These are your tasks with us – Independent cleaning of Guesthouse rooms including balconies – Independent cleaning of the entire Guesthouse including public and rear areas, all materials and objects – Independent cleaning of all outdoor areas belonging to the Guesthouse – General household chores such as cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry, dusting, cleaning windows etc. – Maintenance and organization of Guesthouse textiles (terry cloth, bed linen, curtains etc.) – Active care of flowers and plants in and around the Guesthouse, including watering – Assistance with simple gardening work – Immediate reporting of technical defects and/or damage – Monitoring of room climate (temperature, smells) and measures to improve it – Friendly greeting and farewell of guests Partner companies (5-10 minutes away) – Support in our partner companies – HYG Restaurant & Dock & Ducks Seeterrasse: Cleaning and regular inspection of toilet facilities and public areas – Assistance in ensuring cleanliness, order and a well-maintained appearance at all times – Nesuto Apartments (holiday apartments): Cleaning of apartments (interim/final cleaning) and final cleaning What you bring – Proactive work with open eyes for always perfectly clean and well-maintained rooms – Language skills in German or English – Experience in the hotel industry in a similar function is an advantage – Flexibility, initiative and stress resistance – Quality and discretion awareness – Enthusiasm, commitment and joy We offer – An innovative and well-organized workplace in a young company – The opportunity to actively participate in the daily business and development of our Guesthouse – Contact with exciting guests and varied work We look forward to your application including CV to: Shakila Müller work@wanderlust-guesthouse.ch
