No. PIL-EM-T-55320 Description ### For our customer, an internationally oriented industrial company with demanding production processes, we are looking for a technically savvy personality as an Operator (m/w/d) ### Your tasks ### • You set up the bypass systems according to the specified process and quality standards and operate them independently • Execution of the bypass processes as well as independent spool, material, and roll changes • Ongoing control of the individual process steps, including complete documentation and initiation of necessary corrective measures • Recognition and rectification of system faults as well as performing minor maintenance work • Recording of production data and maintenance of relevant master data • Active participation in the optimization of workflows and processes • Support with Lean measures and continuous improvement activities • Responsible for order, cleanliness and compliance with the 5S standards at the workplace • Execution of defined autonomous maintenance work • Use of the MES control system for order processing and recording of production data Your profile ### • Completed training as Anlagenführer EFZ or a basic mechanical training, for example as a production mechanic or polymechanic • Several years of professional experience in plant operation and length production; experience in cable production or in comparable mechanical production processes is an advantage • Strong technical understanding as well as a careful and quality-oriented way of working • Quick comprehension and willingness to be deployed flexibly in different production processes • Reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good user knowledge in handling the PC as well as experience with ERP systems • Willingness for deployment in three-shift operation We offer ### • A versatile and responsible activity in an internationally active Swiss industrial company • A collegial, motivated and professionally competent working environment • A structured introduction to the production processes and systems • A modern and professional production environment in an established, future-oriented company • The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of processes Would you like to contribute your technical skills in a modern production environment and are looking for a varied challenge?
