What awaits you

• Implement the strategy and objectives of ISS
• Respect and follow the standards and directives defined by the clients
• Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
• Responsibility for staff management and supervision (planning, hour distribution, recruitment, annual interviews, etc.)
• Ensure operational and financial management (updating reporting, control and budget management, etc.) of services delivered on the client's site
• Responsibility for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, work procedures and processes and, where necessary, the creation of these
• Propose, develop and implement improvements
• Primary contact person for clients
• Participate in and monitor project control
• Coordinate subcontractors

What you bring

• From higher education in the field of management, building technology or hospitality
• Benefiting from 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Facility Management (ideally) or in the services sector with similar responsibilities
• Proven and certified professional and managerial skills
• Very good knowledge in the management of soft services (cleaning, concierge, reception...) and/or hard services (building technology HVAC/CVCSE, electricity...)
• Innate sense of communication, excellent speaker
• Ease with numbers, financial management associated with good analytical skills
• Sense of planning and organization necessary for the simultaneous management of several projects
• Strong team spirit
• Native French speaker and excellent knowledge of English (min. C1) and/or German (min. B2)
• Mastery of standard IT tools and ease with digital tools in general
• Solution-oriented
• Charismatic personality with a very pronounced customer orientation
