Location Genève Availability Immediately Type Temporary Reference 41266 Published on 07/07/2026 As part of the development of our Geneva-based client's activities, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader in waterproofing for a long temporary mission that may lead to a permanent position. You are a field professional, able to lead a team and Job Description ### • Supervise, organize and lead a team of waterproofing installers. • Plan interventions and distribute tasks on construction sites. • Read and interpret plans as well as technical files. • Ensure the completion of waterproofing work on roofs, terraces, balconies and underground structures. • Install and supervise the implementation of bituminous, synthetic (PVC, TPO) membranes, resins and insulation systems. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and deadline standards. • Monitor the progress of work and guarantee the conformity of achievements. • Ensure the monitoring of equipment and supplies. • Be the preferred contact person for the works manager and other stakeholders on the construction site. Profile ### • Proven experience of several years in the field of waterproofing. • Successful experience in team management on a construction site in the Geneva sector. • Excellent mastery of waterproofing techniques and materials. • Sense of responsibility, leadership and ability to motivate a team. • Organization, autonomy and rigor. • Good knowledge of safety rules on construction sites. • Training in the building industry and if possible CFC waterproofing certification.
