Your challenge:

• Production and preparation of meals as well as the plating of the daily, vegetarian, and weekly menus
• Support during various occasions and events (e.g., brunch, holiday meals, various cold and warm buffets as well as the traditional Öpfelchüechlimarkt)
• Recognizing the connections between nutrition, health, and disease
• Independent fulfillment of tasks while adhering to economic and ecological aspects
• General assistance in the kitchen team incl. performing cleaning work
• Compliance with the general guidelines of food processing, the HACCP hygiene regulations, and the hygiene concept
• Shift work with shifts within the timeframe between 7.00 Uhr and 19.30 Uhr
• Participation in team meetings

Our desired profile:

• Resilient, humorous, and dynamic personality with successfully completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
• Experience in high-quality catering in a hospital or nursing home environment desired
• Catering experience is an advantage
• Empathic, open, reliable, and humorous team personality
• Driving license category B
• Readiness for weekend and holiday shifts
