Your tasks and responsibilities Management and optimization of production based on the company strategy Steering and coordination of production teams Mastery of watchmaking operations of pre-assembly, assembly, movement control and casing, with active participation in production and process optimization Active collaboration in cross-functional projects Your professional profile Complete watchmaker training with perfect mastery of casing Solid experience in a similar position and structure in the high-end field Ability to carry out adjustments, prototypes and participate in R&D processes Committed and enterprising personality, proactive.
