We are looking for a loyal, leadership-strong and empathetic TEAM LEADER: LOOP 80-100% to support our ski factory in Malters LU immediately or by agreement. In this versatile and responsible position, you will lead and develop a team that partially works in 2-shift operation. In the grinding department, the decisive final work steps are taken on our high-quality skis, where precision, experience and a pronounced quality awareness are particularly important. To meet the high demands on function, performance and optics of our skis, a perfect interplay of modern machines, manual skills and a strong team is required. This is what you can expect: You will lead a team of around 10 employees technically and personally You will promote a positive team culture and develop your employees in a targeted manner You will ensure a smooth production process while complying with safety, quality and deadline requirements You will create personnel planning and coordinate personnel resources You will lead daily shop floor meetings and ensure order and cleanliness according to the 5S principle You will create work and test instructions and ensure their compliance You will actively drive the continuous optimization of production processes You will work closely with quality management to ensure high quality standards and with maintenance for the maintenance and care of machines This is what you bring: You have a completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable training and further education in the field of leadership and/or process management You have successfully led teams with 10 to 15 employees and can provide corresponding experience You convince with your down-to-earth, team-oriented and reliable nature You have a sense of people, recognize potential and motivate your team to top performance You quickly understand technical contexts and have a pronounced technical understanding You work precisely, structured and reliably You think in a networked way and are enthusiastic about complying with, further developing and optimizing processes You keep an overview even in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and convince with your quick grasp You ideally share our passion for ski sports Are you also a proactive and solution-oriented team player?
