Team Leader Mechanical Design & Program Manager Load Cells

You will lead a mechanical design team and take on program management for international development programs in the field of load cells.

Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a mechanical design team of 4 to 5 employees
• Participation in the development of innovative load cell solutions
• Coordination and prioritization of resources and activities within the team
• Management of international development programs in the field of load cells across several locations
• Control of development programs regarding deadlines, costs, quality and resources
• Collaboration with development and production sites in Switzerland and China
• Professional stakeholder management across various specialist and hierarchical levels

Profile

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical field
• Around ten years of experience in product development, ideally sensor technology, precision mechanics or measurement technology
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional, ideally international projects
• Several years of leadership experience in the technical and disciplinary management of specialists
• Technical understanding in mechanics, sensor technology as well as basic knowledge in electronics and measurement technology
• Confident appearance in German and English in demanding stakeholder situations
