CNC Grinding Setter (CFC) # \- Perform setups as well as adjustments on 3 and 5-axis CNC preparation machines and ensure follow-up \- Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of components \- Contribute to continuous improvement by being proactive in manufacturing methods and the creation of tooling \- Perform production stamping and follow daily production indicators \- CFC in the field of mechanics or training deemed equivalent \- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position \- Experience in CNC grinding, lapping, and satin finishing in the watchmaking sector would be an asset \- Knowledge in programming (knowledge of Gibbs software would be an asset) \- Mastery of control equipment and reading plans \- Confirmed experience in machining: turning and milling \- Rigorous, organized person with a good team spirit Additional information: \- Contract type: Permanent full-time \- Start date: As soon as possible \- Activity rate: 100% \- Location: La Chaux de Fonds, canton de Neuchâtel \- Language: French - Good level
