On behalf of one of our well-established clients in the canton of Neuchâtel, active in the field of electrical installations and switchgear construction, we are actively looking for a: Project Manager – with federal diploma in switchgear construction.

Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and realization of various electrical projects, while guaranteeing their quality, safety, and profitability.

Your main missions:

• Carry out studies and preliminary projects in the field of electrical installations
• Design, plan, coordinate, and control the realization of installations
• Supervise and support site managers, installers, and apprentices
• Ensure the realization and monitoring of OIBT controls
• Manage the financial planning of sites: preparation of budgets, cost monitoring, down payment requests, and invoicing
• Ensure the safety of people and installations, guaranteeing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Profile sought

• Federal diploma of project manager in electrical installations, or equivalent training in progress
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects of medium importance
• Good command of office and professional IT tools
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, and spirit of initiative
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in collaboration with various interlocutors
• Valid driver's license
