Your new tasks You are a sales talent and take the initiative on the sales floor and enjoy leading a team Your tasks include, in addition to your own revenue responsibility, assortment maintenance in your specialist product group, leading a small sales team, as well as achieving all KPIs to be successful You are responsible for the product group Textiles and Curtains and manage the DailyBuisness directly on the sales floor You inspire our customers with an appealing product presentation and are an absolute role model for trainees and your sales team You supervise the trainees in your team You are responsible for the proper creation and processing of customer orders You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers You regularly participate in assortment meetings and implement concepts into practice What you bring with you You are a team player, open-minded, and customer-oriented We also address all career changers who have already led a small team or want to gain initial leadership experience You bring experience in retail or sales You are a vocational trainer and enjoy supporting our trainees during their training What we offer you 20% on the entire assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz-Gruppe Combinable with other promotions 5 weeks vacation An additional week can be purchased We promote young talent with internal training courses We fill leadership positions internally whenever possible Flexible working time models Working 100% in 4.5 days?
