As a Chef de Partie 100%, you will immediately or by agreement become part of a Raten team of 25 people and work within a team of 8.

The Raten restaurant overlooks Lake Ägerisee and charms with its splendid view. Whether in the rustic bistro, the elegant restaurant, or on the large terrace that can accommodate up to 140 places - the excursion restaurant invites relaxation. The bright room is suitable for banquets of up to 100 people. Seasonal cuisine with fresh ingredients from the market guarantees culinary experiences. In winter, the fondue tent invites tasting.
