Internal Sales & Product Responsibility Multimedia (80–100 %)

Your Role

You combine customer support in internal sales with technical responsibility for our multimedia assortment.

You recognize customer needs, develop suitable solutions, and actively drive our multimedia offering forward. In doing so, you observe markets and technologies, recognize trends, and turn them into concrete product and solution ideas.

A further focus is the processing and coordination of tenders – from requirement clarification to complete offer creation.

Your Main Tasks

Sales & Customer Support

• Advise customers by telephone and in writing
• Process inquiries, offers, and orders
• Support in product selection and finding solutions
• Develop product and solution proposals
• Support field service with customer inquiries and projects
• Coordinate with technology, purchasing, and logistics
• Process complaints, returns, and product-specific questions
• Support the Head of Assembly & Projects with scheduling

Tenders & Quotation Management

• Process tenders completely and on schedule
• Clarify requirements and technical framework conditions
• Compile suitable products and solutions
• Develop technical and commercial alternatives

Product & Solution Development

• Observe markets, technologies, and trends in digital teaching
• Identify and test new products and solutions
• Use trade fair and supplier visits to pick up trends early
• Develop standardized multimedia solutions for current and future customer needs
• Transfer insights from customers and the market into concrete assortment and solution proposals

What You Bring

• Commercial, technical, or comparable training
• Ideally experience with multimedia technology or educational technology
• Experience in technical internal sales or a comparable function
• Interest in multimedia, digitalization, and education
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of products and solutions
• Experience with tenders and quotation management
• Strong customer orientation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
