Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic, and versatile person, capable of ensuring both the operational management of a CNC workshop, technical support to the teams, and the daily management of a team.

Job description ###

Main responsibilities

• Organize and manage the daily activity of the CNC workshop, ensuring follow-up of the production plan, priorities, and deadlines.
• Supervise, support, and develop the skills of a stable and collaborative team
• Provide direct technical support on the ground: setups, programming, fine-tuning, optimization, and resolution of machining issues.
• Program and optimize machining on CNC machines
• Guarantee human and technical versatility on the machine park in order to ensure production continuity.
• Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flow, and working methods.
• Collaborate with support services and act as the field link with production, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Profile ###

Desired profile

• CFC Polymécanicien, ES Technician in mechanics, or training deemed equivalent.
• Solid experience in CNC machining in a watchmaking, microtechnical, or precision components environment.
• Mastery of setups, programming, and machining optimizations; knowledge of Alphacam and/or FANUC appreciated.
• Confirmed experience in team supervision or real potential for field management.
• Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines.
• Simple, natural, and unifying leadership, with clear communication and a strong field presence.
• Dynamic, autonomous, structured personality oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Field-oriented, dynamic, and capable of making operational decisions
