YOUR MISSIONS ------------ * Manage reservations and prepare rental contracts. * Welcome and inform clients before and during their stay. * Organize arrivals and ensure the handing over of keys. * Plan and coordinate the cleaning of apartments and chalets between rentals. * Coordinate the follow-up of small repairs as well as the replacement of equipment in the accommodations. * Perform rental statements and ensure the follow-up of tourist taxes. * Perform various routine administrative tasks, including payment management. * Collaborate daily with the agency team and various stakeholders. YOUR PROFILE ------------ * CFC in commercial employment or equivalent training; any additional continuing education is an asset. * You are organized and rigorous. * You have a sense of welcome and customer service. * You are proficient in common IT tools. * You are perfectly comfortable in French. Proficiency in English is essential. * Experience in real estate, tourism, or a similar administrative position is an advantage.
