Project Manager Unemployment Insurance (m/f/d)

• Leading, coordinating and implementing projects (projects from the strategy öAV2030)
• Supporting the Head of the Projects and Organization staff unit in the initialization of projects
• Coordinating cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• Building and managing the project portfolio management (PPM)
• Supporting and advising project sponsors throughout the entire project process
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Representing the canton in national projects (e.g., SECO, VSSA, AMOSA)
• Completed studies or equivalent education and further training related to the subject areas
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Process management knowledge and specialist knowledge in unemployment insurance (AVIG enforcement) is an advantage
• Very good IT user knowledge
• Structured, solution-oriented and analytical way of working

• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
