Job Description
In this exciting position, you are responsible for the IT security of our central HMI/SCADA platform and ensure that our products comply with the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). You build lean, auditable security processes, keep them up to date, develop practical checklists and perform structured security reviews - from concept to test.
Your tasks in detail:
Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of security processes for CRA compliance throughout the entire HMI/SCADA product lifecycle (e.g., Secure Development Lifecycle, Vulnerability Handling, Patch and Update Management, Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure).
Ongoing monitoring of CRA requirements and relevant standards/guidelines; derivation of measures and updating of internal standards and guidelines.
Planning and implementation of security reviews/assessments for HMI/SCADA components and features; tracking of findings until remediation and proof of implementation.
Creation of auditable documentation and support during internal/external audits.
Support in the implementation of a tool for documenting the version status of automation components, including the connection of security scans.
Close coordination with development, QA, product management and compliance; knowledge transfer and training on the security process landscape and security best practices; close cooperation with our central departments (Syntegon ProSo) and engineering to ensure a seamless process landscape.
Qualifications
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of IT security, computer science or related technical study programs (FH, Uni, ETH) - or equivalent professional experience in IT security.
