As a Consultant (m/f/d), Commercial Technical Service, you will actively contribute to customer consulting and help our customers with their concerns. Tasks As a Consultant (m/f/d), Commercial Technical Service, you are responsible for: * Telephone technical consulting primarily for business partners (installers) for Level 1 support * Support of field assignments * Sale of repairs with coordination of processing: offers, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, factory goodwill * Support in the processing of problematic systems * Telediagnostics via digitalization tools * Sale of spare parts and repairs with coordination of processing: offers, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, factory goodwill Requirements We are looking for people who are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong customer orientation.
