The charming Gasthof „Hirschen am See“ is a well-known address in a prime location directly on Lake Zurich and features 24 tastefully furnished rooms. The gastronomic offering includes a stylish ambiance, multi-award-winning cuisine with a large summer terrace and direct lake access. In the restaurant, we rely on regional products, which pamper our guests with attention to detail and the highest quality standards. We are looking for a Front Office (m/f) 100% immediately Be a Candrian - Your tasks: • Check in and Check out • Professional and warm reception of our guests • Receiving and processing room reservations • Preliminary control of commission invoices • Conscientious management of the shift cash register • Processing of daily, written as well as electronic incoming and outgoing mail • Answering and forwarding telephone calls • Daily handover with receptionists • General administrative tasks • Compliance with the standards of Candrian Hospitality • Acceptance of table reservations, as well as banquet inquiries and forwarding to the responsible person • Accounting experience in processing invoices • Checking the cleaned hotel rooms for cleanliness and order • Assisting and helping with the hotel breakfast • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards in the hotel • Reporting technical defects or damage to the responsible department Be a Candrian - Your profile: • Experience in the hotel industry • Completed vocational training in reception (HGT) or in hotel management (HOFA) • High resilience and reliability • Team-oriented with a quick grasp and structured way of working • Protell knowledge is an advantage • Very good German skills, very good English skills, all other languages are an advantage Be a Candrian - We offer: • Traditional business in an excellent location directly on Lake Zurich • A varied and exciting challenge • Entry into a large company with development opportunities • Support for further training • Candrian Benefits - attractive & exclusive experiences (e.g.: 20% employee discount in all Candrian restaurants) Good manners, reliability and a well-groomed appearance are required.
